Organization...

I am an organizational machine. Because Brian made fun of me, I am NOT going to post pictures of my highly organized closet, dresser and shelves. You should be sure to know that they are beautiful and I decided to lint roll everything before I folded/hung it. Potter is shedding like you would not believe. Doesn't she know that it is not warm enough yet?

I made a to-do list to accomplish before I begin work. It is made of things I keep putting off. I have officially checked number one off of the list. I can see the floor, sides and shut the door to our closet! As you may know... I am a little bit organizationally challenged. I am not as bad as Brian though and the combination of our disorganization drives me crazy. The funny thing is is that I usually know where things are in midst of the mess.

I decided to waste some time blogging while my i-pod charges.

Well, I should get back to my to-do list. It is time to clip Potter's nails. They are scarily long and make me feel like a bad mother/dog owner.

It is nice not to have to look for jobs anymore. Should I work one day a week at Old Navy when I start my new job? Please help me decided. I am so wishy-washy.

Happy St. Patricks Day...

Two posts in one day, I am a posting fiend. I made some cupcakes for Brian to take to work. (I am such a good wife...) Here is a picture. They are funfetti and delicious.

Brian and I then proceeding to eat some frosting. Alot of frosting. It was our own form of green beer. I do believe that it is further proof of our oddness.

Potter thought we were weird. Well, we just wanted to wish you the happiest and merriest of St. Patrick Days.

I'm back...

Well, I'm back after my long train trip to Illinios. It was so nice to see my family! I was both happy and sad to come back home. I missed Brian and Potter while I was gone but it is hard to live away from my family.

I had lots of Carissa movie/slumber party time, Mom conversations, a Daddy/Daughter date, laughs with my brother, Miller time and of course... really good food.

This is Rudy. She is my brother's dog/daughter. She is huge! I am pretty sure she weighs over 100 lbs. I love golden retrievers. (And her eyes aren't normally this creepy.)

My dad and I went to Value City. I got two pairs of shoes for myself, one for Brian for really cheap. I love finding good sales. When I was waiting at the train station for my mom to pick me up, it really made me want to live in the city.

I am going to visit Sue. Pray that she heals fast and feels better. bye.

Beads, Beads and More Beads...

Why hello dear readers... Today my world is filled with multicolored beads, plastic coated multistrand wire, crimping beads, etc. All while I watch HGTV. Here are some pictures of my goodies.

I am not obsessed, I promise you. I do have a great collection of beads and things. Isn't it beautiful. Brian laughs at me because sometimes I just reorganize my beads and look at them. Sometimes it is too hard to know what kind of jewelry I want to make and it easier to gaze at the little sparkly beauties.

Here are some of my favorite necklaces I have made recently. (I really need to find a better way to take pictures of earrings) What do you think?

I made the last two necklaces for myself. It is kind of funny that I hadn't really made anything for myself except some earrings. I think they turned out well and may be my favorites.

I am packing up some things for my mini vacation to Illinois tomorrow. I am so excited. It is funny because I still call Illinois home but really it isn't my home anymore. My home is where Potter (and Brian) are. It will be nice to have some mom/dad hugs, Carissa movie watching time, and some Portillos.

Guess who just got offered a job? I did!!! I am very excited. They told me today that I would know by the end of next week, but I guess they really wanted me because I just got a phone call. What a load off of my mind! Thanks for all the prayers!
I am going to be a customer care representative for a non-profit financial counseling agency. Hopefully I will be promoted, after around 6 months(that is the norm), to be a financial counselor. I start on the 31st!
Alright, I must go dance off my happiness! (Yes, I do know that I am a dork and I am pretty much ok with the fact)

Update, Update...

Brian has a snow day today from work and class! HURRAY! Perfect timing because he was going to take a test tonight and his spring break is next week.

Oh, perfect timing for him to drive me on the snowy roads for my interview. Without doubt it was the best interview of my life. I will be very disappointed if I don't get the job. I have to go back and take a test on the computer on Friday.

Ok, I have to go hangout with my two best buddies.

Job Interview...

Well, I have an interview for Wednesday. It is to be a financial counselor. (Erin, I think your cousin works there, I remember her talking about it at your shower) I hope I get it. It pays alright and it sounds like I could like it. Pray for me.

I am going to Illinois March 11- March 15. I am excited because I have been feeling a little homesick.

Off to clean the apartment. I think I've inherited my dad's gene of forgetting/not seeing the dust until it has overtaken everything.
